Numerous restaurants and bars cater for the culinary wellbeing of the hotel guests. The main restaurant, Three-Nine-Eight is on 3 different levels, with cuisines of nine countries, presented in 8 show kitchens, including an Asia and an Italian corner, an extensive salad bar and a bakery and patisserie. Barlens, offering sushi, Western and Japanese grills and. the Safran, famous for its modern interpretation of Indian cuisine devised by London’s star chef Vineet Bhatia. The focal point of its open kitchen is the Tandoori oven. Light refreshments, tropical cocktails and a wide variety of whiskies are served at the Sega bar by the pool.
The Orchid room accommodates up to 120 people. It can be partitioned off for meetings same as the Jasmine room above it, which hosts up to 80 people in banquet style.
