The hotel boasts an immense pool of more than 1000 square metres that merges into the Indian Ocean. A harmonious combination of cosy coves and open play areas, with islets this “pool of pools” represents the centre of the hotel.
Grouped around it are various bars and restaurants, such as the Paul and Virginie Restaurant which offers snacks and island cuisine at lunchtime and traditional five o’clock tea with pastries and pancakes. Its dinner is more sophisticated with fine seafood and remarkable wines from South Africa and the new world. The Main Restaurant, completely redesigned and even more tropical and spacious, is situated on the terrace. It offers an international breakfast buffet and a World Cuisine dinner show, presented at several themed live-cooking stations with food prepared fresh in front of the guests. A romantic corner by the pond has been designed for those who like more quiet meals.
