Outdoor Leadership School

Organizing team-building exercises, which place the participants out of their comfort zone where their survival instincts come out and are used to bond the teams for the survival of the groups. Here this is assimilated to a personal development programme for each.

Incentives

Here, Maurisun intervenes to organize “fun” and/or light survival activities for teams upon demand. This may be a complement to an in-class programme. The outdoor simply validates what the participants have learnt in conference.
