Mauritian born kite surfing crack, Frederick Desjardins, is the manager of “Lakaz Chamarel”. He also lives on the premises; the perfect environment for the athletic and passionate nature lover who runs his own kite surfing school on the side. Having been a chef in 5 star hotels for more than 10 years, Frederick’s cuisine is simple and authentic and he uses local products, some even from his own garden or orchard.
Being a thoroughly dedicated owner, Virginie knows every single detail of Lakaz’s architecture and decoration, since she planned and designed them all. Nowadays she likes to spend most of her time embellishing the house and gardens. She still and constantly works to perfect her dream of creating a peaceful haven for those in need of enjoyment and relaxation.
